Luke Becker's assault on the World U21 Championship was restricted to just four points in Pardubice, after he suffered a tapes exclusion in his first ride and a retirement in his final heat.

Australian Jaimon Lidsey triumphed overall, dropping just one point all evening, that to Dominik Kubera who ultimately finished second as Britain's Dan Bewley registered his only last place in that all important final.

Lidsey's world crown came on an excellent day for Australian Speedway as Max Fricke banked his maiden GP title, winning the penultimate round of the abridged 2020 campaign and that made it a hat-trick of Australian successes this week after Rory Schlein's British Title success at Belle Vue on Monday.
